This Ballantyne dress is an example of experimentation with yarns: the wool and cotton mélange combined with fluid viscose gives the garment softness and comfort to the touch. The feminine structure is enhanced by delicate draping at the waist, which emphasises the silhouette, while the corset-style detailing on the back allows for a perfectly adjustable fit. The print, inspired by the brand’s Scottish origins, is reinterpreted in a modern key and made exclusively for Ballantyne, giving the piece a distinctive and contemporary character.
