Our Anne 987 bag is made in cotton. This new model is made of two pochettes with diverse dimensions, both with a zip closing. The front pochette is smaller and enriched by the sating gold detial. The bag come with logoed fabric strap that can be adjusted and removed. Protective dust bag is included.

Ballantyne will ship your order using an express delivery service (DHL, UPS or other major forwarder). Once the parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the waybill number to track your order at any time. Shipping costs will be added at your order at the check-out.
You have 10 working days from the moment when you receive the order to return the item to Ballantyne. You can choose who will handle the returning shipment: Ballantyne will manage the return for you or, alternatively, you can decide to ship by your own. Our Customer Care will take care of your pick up request for free. The return shipment must be completed within 3 days starting from the moment you will receive the authorization code and the instruction for the return. The return is free for all countries of the European Union for orders over 500€. For orders with a lower amount, the costs of returning the order will be borne by the customer.
